Hi friends!
After much consideration over these past few months of becoming parents, we (my husband and I) have thought a lot about how we want our lives to look day to day as a family, and what that means for the roles we are both currently serving in our careers and in our home. Ultimately, we have decided that I should try to be as present as possible with our child (and future children), and step fully into my role as a wife and mother! So what does that mean, exactly? For starters, I am officially saying farewell to my YouTube channel. It’s been such a pleasant creative outlet for the past decade, but it’s time to lay my channel to rest, for the privacy of our family, and for the sake of time (cause spoiler, making videos takes LOTS of time). Additionally, I am going to be shifting my focus away from social media campaigns, which is how I have earned an income for the past six years of my life! Wow! It’s going to be a big, big shift for us in many areas, but, there are sweet blessings hidden all around this decision. Not to worry though, I will still be hanging out with y’all on Instagram, but more so for fun, and not as my job, and I’m real excited about that.
Thank you to those who have been here throughout my YouTube journey! I am so grateful for you, it's been so fun. Farewell!
