🇺🇸Fitness for me goes beyond the park and gym it’s more mental than physical. 10 years ago I underwent major surgery due to an extremely serious forearm injury. That injury consisted of 3 different procedures,1 of the procedures entailed an artery replacement.I endured severe nerve damage which caused my hand to lose almost 100% mobility. I’ve only been victorious dealing with this circumstance due to a strong mindset. From the time I endured this matter I only focused on a successful recovery and beyond. On my channel you’re witnessing true resilience by way of workout demonstrations of the tremendous progress since my recovery journey. I’m relentless with becoming better than I was prior to my injury both physically and mentally. I showed up for me by taking action and not settling or making excuses. In this cold climate of the year I relish in an unpopular excitement of working out outside.
