Hey! So, we're already a couple of weeks into 2026 and it's time for a recap of last year. I set out to release 12 new cover songs, one each month — it wasn't always easy but I did it. 🥳 The main purpose of the challenge/experiment was to see if releasing music on a regular basis would appease the algorithmic gods. It did have an effect, but I think the main problem is I try to do too many different things. Especially last year when I went in a different direction every time — fun and stimulating for me but very bad for growth. But it's difficult to pick a path and stick to it, especially when some of you really dig the orchestral and JRPG stuff and some are more into the 'guitars & synths' part of my catalogue. Tell me which track you enjoyed the most! For a while I was afraid I'd miss this month's deadline, too many things got in the way of making music. But I made it! The single for May drops tonight here on YouTube: Lumière from Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. It's an instrumental guitar based version (acoustic guitar, classical guitar, mandolin)—I hope you'll like it!

As usual you'll have to wait a little longer for the track to appear on streaming services—watch this space!

Greetings! My next single – the opening theme from Gris – is scheduled for release on Monday here on YouTube. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem with the distribution service I use (‪@Soundrop‬) so you'll have to wait a little while longer for the track to be available on Spotify etc.

I know it's been a while, but I finally finished a new track and it should be out in a week or so. I was inspired by Ólafur Arnalds and ‪@DGPianoUK‬ to make an arrangement of the main theme from Outer Wilds, such a simple and beautiful tune. While my version is quite different from the original I tried to honor the raw and intimate feel by incorporating a lot of folky vocals. Hope you'll like it! And thank you for your patience and support—it means a lot.
