📚 Course Offerings @ VIGNAN CS

CS is mandatory for companies:
Every listed company and other class of companies (i.e. non-listed public companies with share capital of 5 crore* or & private Companies with share capital of 5 crore* and above to have a Qualified Company Secretary be appointed as Key Managerial Personnel to perform the Functions of Company Secretary under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Key Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.

👉CS course details:
LEVEL 1: CSEET (Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test)
Eligibility: 10+2 pass or equivalent.
Subjects: Business Communication, Legal Aptitude & Logical Reasoning, Economic and Business Environment, Current Affairs.
Exam Frequency: Conducted four times a year—in January, April, July, and November.
Coaching Duration: 3 months.
Batch Commencement: January, April, and July annually.
Mode of Classes: Available both online and offline.

LEVEL 2: CS Executive Programme
Eligibility: Graduation or CSEET pass.
Subjects: Group I: Company Law, Jurisprudence, Interpretation & General Laws, Setting up of Business Entities and Closure, Corporate & Management Accounting.
Group II: Economic, Business, and Commercial Laws, Securities Laws & Capital Markets, Tax Laws.
Exam Frequency: Conducted twice a year—in June and December.
Coaching Duration: 4 to 8 months.

LEVEL 3: CS Professional Programme
Eligibility: CS Executive pass.
Subjects: Seven papers divided into two groups.
