Pilates for a Cause: Supporting Pasadena Humane Society
Join me for a special live 30-minute virtual Pilates mat class dedicated to helping our furry friends in need. This class is donation-based, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Pasadena Humane Society’s Emergency Wildfire Relief Fund.
The fund supports critical search and rescue efforts, emergency medical care, and essential supplies for pets and impacted pet owners during this devastating wildfire season. As a pet owner myself, I can’t imagine the heartbreak these animals are enduring. Together, we can move our bodies and give back to the fur babies who don’t have a voice but deserve all the love and care.
💻 When: Sunday Jan 19th at 12pm eastern time
💪 What to Expect: A 30-minute live Pilates mat class, open to all levels. Please bring light weights, paper plates or gliders and a mini loop resistance booty band. Modifications and advancements will be provided.
