Hello, ladies and gentlemen. I am the Omni-Viewer, and this is my YouTube channel. I will be doing various things here, from reviews to sketches and random thoughts on random things. (Be warned: my interests are very eclectic.) I only wish to entertain you, so subscribe, sit back, and enjoy.
Please note that this channel is not directed at children under the age of 13, nor do I produce specific content for that same demographic. Any subject matter analyzed which might be seen as appealing to children - such as animated series or merchandise based on popular franchises - they are made from an adult perspective and often delve into mature (though not necessarily inappropriate) themes. As I am not making content directed at children, this channel is not in violation of COPPA.

You know, I'm not surprised that people are turning on STRANGER THINGS in it s 5th Season. Did you ever watch the interviews that came with the second season? It's clear from listening to those that the showrunners had a maximum of two seasons planned for this show. They list off all the goals they had set, and pretty much all of them were reached by the S2 finale. They followed their map to the desired destination, and everyone was happy to go along with them.
When I reviewed Season 3 way back when, I noted how obvious it was that nobody knew where to go with it, but they had to do something because STRANGER THINGS was the golden goose and Netflix wanted more eggs. It only got worse in Season 4, which I could not even bring myself to finish.
Now here we are at the grand finale, and even the longtime fans who stuck with it can't pretend anymore.
In short, the downfall of STRANGER THINGS was inevitable. Much like the MCU, this is a prime example of what happens when a story is not allowed to conclude, but is instead forced to continue. It truly ended in Season 2, and has been a zombie ever since.
Writers and companies take note: sometimes the best thing you can do for a story is to include the words "The End".

Okay, so I think the audio issues in this latest video (sound only coming out of one speaker) are because the transmitter either came loose or was not plugged in properly. I will correct this in the next video.

Well, I tried to record a video about the #Supergirl trailer last night, only to discover that my lapel mic has finally given up the ghost. The audio is so bad that the footage I shot is unusable.
The search is currently on for a replacement/upgrade. Until one arrives, videos will be on hold. This unfortunately means I probably won't be able to do the Christmas video I had in mind for this year.
Se la vie, I guess.
Anyway, thank you all for the continued support. I really do appreciate it, and I will get back on track as soon as I can.
Oh, and about that Supergirl trailer? It doesn't look very good.
