Angron, the Red Angel, stands as one of the most tragic and terrifying figures in Warhammer’s grimdark universe — and this diorama captures every drop of that fury.

Once the Primarch of the XII Legion, Angron was forged in blood long before the Imperium found him. Raised as a gladiator-slave and mutilated by the Butcher’s Nails, his life became an endless war against oppression, destiny, and eventually his own father.

If you’re a Warhammer fan, this model isn’t just a display piece. It’s a story — of wrath, betrayal, and a Primarch who chose defiance until the bitter end.

Behold the Lord of Change, Greater Daemon of Tzeentch — the Architect of Fate’s most exalted servant. A creature woven from sorcery, secrets, and impossible futures, it twists reality with every beat of its wings.

According to the lore, no two Lords of Change are ever alike. Their forms twist according to ancient pacts, hidden truths, and the warp’s own rules.

This one was beautifully painted by Basia.

For the paint job, Basia focused on:
Spectral blends on the wings for that shifting, warp-touched feel.
High-contrast highlights on the armor to push the arcane details.
Soft OSL on the staff flame to sell the magical glow.

Lots of micro-details on the feathers and skin texture to really sell the idea that this creature is sculpted from pure warp energy.

Here’s a glimpse of our custom-made Sisters of Battle army and as a highlight: Knight Armigers — from Adepta Sororitas force built with passion, and hours at the painting desk.

Retributors unleashing sanctified firestorms, Seraphim descending like angels of judgement, and the Canoness leading from the front with relics blessed on the forge altars of Ophelia VII.

Designed for close-support and flanking maneuvers, these smaller engines move with predatory speed spreading fear among enemy units.

This army project is our tribute to the aesthetic of the 41st Millennium — a blend of personal creativity, established lore, and the craftsmanship we all love in this hobby.

From the shadows of the VIII Legion comes the engines of fear!

Meet our Leviathan Dreadnought and Contemptor Dreadnoughts. Steel, flesh, and madness fused into one.
It’s a small but deadly part of the massive Night Lords army done by Maybug Games.

We tried to push the gore, lighting effects, and the overall terror aesthetic of the VIII Legion with this project.Lots of kitbashing, blood, skulls, and a bases full of ruined metal and fresh carnage.
Really happy with how the armor glow and blood effects turned out.
