就像人生，有些事情才剛學會，就要說再見了。

這一集，是我在濟州島，好不容易等到晴天的日子。走了西部最美的徒步海岸線，
看見了很多讓人心動的海。也是在那幾天，
我終於真的讓身體與心慢慢放鬆下來。

但同時，旅程也漸漸走向尾聲。

這一集，記錄的是晴天。
陰天時，陪自己慢慢走過；
晴天來了，就好好珍惜、好好享受。

世界很快，各種聲音像在不停地催促著
「你需要持續成長、你需要不停往前。」那種節奏讓人害怕落下，也讓我們慢慢忘了，該怎麼慢下來。

在濟州島旅行的第 24 到 26 天，
我待在挾才海邊。每天看著同一片海，聽著重複的浪聲，從陰天走到晴天，身體才終於慢慢放鬆了。

誠實來說，在那幾天裡，我才開始真正享受一個人的旅行。那是一種，與大自然同在、活在當下的自由。

慢下來不容易，但是可以刻意練習。
縱使是陰天，濟州島的海也讓人好療癒🌊

The ocean has a healing power that never rushes.

The world is moving so fast, pushing us to keep growing and moving forward.This constant rush makes us afraid of falling behind and forget how to slow down.

At Hyeopjae Beach in Jeju, watching the sea and listening to the waves, I finally found my peace.
In those moments, I started to genuinely embrace the joy of solo travel. It’s a sense of freedom—being at one with nature and living completely in the present.

Sharing this video with you, who is seeking a moment of calm.

不用成為誰喜歡的樣子，
只要是自己喜歡的樣子就夠了。

可以先從濟州島的「偶來小路」開始。

在現實裡，我們都背著太多必須考慮的事，
有些重量會慢慢磨掉一點自己的形狀。

但每次踏上徒步的路，那個自由自在的自己就會被喚醒。你可以選擇自己的步伐、速度，偶爾迷路也沒關係，因為最後都會成為自己獨一無二的故事。

If the Camino de Santiago feels a bit too challenging,you can start with the Jeju Olle Trail instead.

In real life, we all carry too many “must-do’s.”Some of that weight slowly rubs off parts of who we are.But once you start walking,the freer and truer version of yourself comes back.You choose your own pace, your own rhythm.Even getting lost sometimes brings surprises.

Walking helps me meet the version of myself I truly like not who others expect me to be, but who I really am.

其實，不用走到遙遠的西班牙。
距離台灣很近的濟州島，
也有一條長達 437 公里的「偶來小路」，
它是西班牙朝聖之路的姊妹道路。
這次我沉浸在大海的誘惑中，
只走了 7 號偶來小路，
但那份「在路上」的感覺又回來了。

濟州島可以過得很熱鬧，
也可以過得很療癒、簡單。
接下來會陸續推出濟州島的系列影片，
紀錄我一個人在島上生活、
旅行心境轉折的日子，預計5-6集。

我也會分享各種角度海景、
咖啡廳、東、西、南、北部帶給我不同的感受。

這不是典型的旅遊影片，
而是在濟州島慢慢生活自我對話的紀錄。

a sister route to the Camino.
This time I walked Route 7,
and that “on the road” feeling came back again.

Jeju can be full of plans, or simple and healing.This series is about living slowly,

我能做的，就是盡可能把它真實地記錄下來。

才會慢慢看見可能性。
於是我想繼續經營這個頻道。
