The Doc says I need to take the rest of the month off to rest.
Now I want to make this very clear, I'm not sure if The Doc is an actual doctor. As far as I'm aware he's just a strange man in a tattered cloak who calls himself "The Doc." Also, I should specify that when he says I need to rest, he does so while precariously waving a large, dirty hammer around. -------
Really though, the next week and a half are supposed to be a break from me constantly working and instead for: a-rest b-recuperation c-holidays d-fun projects not related to lego or the channel
but knowing me 99% of it will probably be spent doing backend stuff for the channel: 1-cleaning up files 2-organizing lego 3-staring into the depths of the void as a voice from beyond whispers my true name 4-planning for future videos

Shorts will continue as normal. I've updated the Patreon with some recent files from the TADC video, and the FNAF shorts. There will be another "animal themed" Patreon update by next week as long as I don't forget.
So the only thing that will look different on your end is the lack of long form videos until the New Year.
However there is a nonzero probability that I might make a 2025 recap video, even though it would violate a,b,c and d.

In reality I am very tired, and feel like I have lost faith in the youtube community.
Many youtube communities have the large complaint that their creators do not engage with them, and as such, I have really tried to consistently engage with my audience. But there has been an insurmountable increase of people who comment vile and obnoxious things. That's putting it very mildly when considering some of the messages and comments as I don't even feel like I can discuss many of the things I've received.
After being exposed to such consistent and extreme negativity, I feel like I've become bitter, and now when people say any rude or negative things, I send that energy right back at them, and it's not kind, and I don't like that about myself. Furthermore, I've lost passion.
So I'm taking a week off.
To decide whether or not all those other creators are correct, and because I know if I see one more even mildly passive aggressive comment like "Day 23 of asking for lackadaisy with no response" I am going to disproportionately respond to an insane degree.
While I'm out please enjoy some videos and shorts you may have missed, or you can go wayyyy back and watch old videos to see how far I've come.
