I am a nutritionist, fitness, and health coach with over 45 years of experience, specializing in helping menopausal women overcome obesity and chronic illness. After battling thyroid disease, fibromyalgia, chronic inflammation, and obesity, I made a critical breakthrough in understanding the role of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) in weight gain and chronic illness. Many women believe their symptoms stem solely from menopause, but my experience shows that a sick liver is often the true root cause—making diets and exercise only temporary solutions.
