Is Juvenile=Juvenile?
One mindset believes that age of menarche is the age of marriage; that believes in sexual intercourse with anyone, irrespective of any relation, after a divorce and in some cases, it being mandatory. The same lady may be wife at one point of time; the other time she may be a mother or an aunt or a daughter-in-law.
Can this mindset be equated with one that sees the purest form of NATURE in a girl at the onset of periods. Not only blood relations but otherwise also are respected and cared for.
How can a so-called juvenile, who is an accused in a rape case, be treated as a JUVENILE, at par with a juvenile who is accused of forging his parents’ signature in the report card?
