Get Real in the Kitchen with Diana is my YouTube creation as a cooking teacher almost 20 years (400 classes) for Colorado Free University sharing tips and fun; favorites were Easy Wok!, Curry Cuisine, Fast and Easy Cooking, Italian Cuisine, Ethnic Grocery and Bakery Tour, and Pizza from Scratch! Started a monthly cooking club on Meetup where we cooked an outrageous dinner of 6 to 8 restaurant style dishes or the cuisines of Middle Eastern, German, Indian, Thai, Barbecue, Southwestern, French, Swiss, Hungarian, Armenian, Japanese, Spanish, Mexican, Caribbean, African, Russian, Spa Cuisine, Latin America, and Moroccan. Sample Menu: Almond-Crusted Salmon with Capers and Lemon, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Southwestern Pumpkin Soup, Blue Cornmeal Bread, Sautéed Vegetables, and White Chocolate Tiramisu.
