The Wave of the Winter Awards is rolling into Eagle Bay Brewery for one big evening of surf, stories, and celebration. Think: the heaviest drops, the biggest wipeouts, and the kind of surfing that makes winter in the South West what it is. Tickets are just ten bucks and we’ll throw a cold beer in your hand on arrival. To top it off, local psych-rock heavyweights Psycho Serene will be melting minds with a live set of cosmic jams and fuzzy riffs!

Get down, sink a few, and watch the season’s best rides (and worst floggings) play out on the big screen as we toast the champions who sent it when the rest of us were still hiding under the doona.

A NEW BATTLEGROUND OPENS UP BETWEEN CAPE NATURALISTE AND CAPE LEEUWIN.

Introducing South West’s own Wave of the Winter! A showdown born to celebrate the Indian Ocean at its wildest, and the hellmen and women willing to take it on!

From June 1st to August 31st, surfers of all sizes will chase down the season’s rawest moments, armed with nothing but paddle power, grit, and a filmer brave enough to take on winter's wild weather.

Board Store is proud to present this new platform. A competition built to reward the surfers who take on the most challenging conditions and continue to push the limits of what’s possible.

This event celebrates true courage, raw skill, and local pride. It’s designed so everyone has an equal shot at glory, no matter who you are or what you ride.
