I’m a licensed contractor building a construction company from the ground up and sharing what actually comes with it: wins, losses, stress, lessons, and the love of the game. No fake motivation, no “get rich quick” stuff — just real work and real responsibility.

Install day for this cute lil ATM 😭💗
I told myself I wasn’t picking up any more locations because I really wanted to stay laser-focused on my construction company… but bro… LOOK AT IT. 😂
Plus this one literally fits my route perfectly. It’s right by the rest of my ATMs, the owner is solid, and honestly… I think this one’s a unicorn. 🦄
When I talked to the owner, I told her straight up:
“I only take unicorn locations now. If you’re not gonna push cash, it doesn’t make sense for either of us.”
ATMs only work when the business pushes it → they save money on fees, get cash in the building, and customers love it. Win-win.
And for everyone who keeps asking me about the ATM business:
It’s NOT passive.
But it’s as close to passive as you can get.
I touch my route maybe 1–2 times a week. Sometimes 1–2 hours a week total.
And depending on the location, you can make anywhere from:
💵 $100–$200/mo starting out
💵 $400–$600/mo on solid spots
💵 $1,000+/mo on unicorns
(Yes, they really exist.)
If you’re smart with it, you can even start with:
🔹 ~$5k normally
🔹 But I’ve gotten setups running for under $3k (ATM + vault cash)
Not a bad side hustle when you stay disciplined, pick the RIGHT locations, and don’t cheat on your main business. 😅
But c’mon… you saw the color.

One of my targets is to hit my FIRST $50k month (Profit) 💰
Sounds Impossible (I know) 🥲
But that’s what I used to say about
$10k .. $20k.. $30k..
And I did those multiple times.
It’s all MENTAL roadblocks.
The first 10 is the hardest🤷🏽
