It is easy to become busy with our daily tasks and routine. So much so that we forget to ponder and reflect on the many miracles of Allah ﷻ.
When Isa(Jesus)(AS) spoke as an infant~
Surah Maryam 19:{30-34}
قَالَ إِنِّي عَبۡدُ ٱللَّهِ ءَاتَىٰنِيَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَجَعَلَنِي نَبِيّٗا [Jesus] said, “Indeed, I am the servant of Allah. He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet.
That is Jesus, the son of Mary – the word of truth about which they are in dispute.
✨Fun fact: 📜Isa(AS) was one of the four infants that spoke of that time. Any time an infant spoke, they were coming to the aid of a righteous person by the permission of Allah ﷻ. Allahu A’lam.
Why is this verse in the middle, why was it revealed? 1. Rasulullah ﷺ was asked, “Is Allah really near?” — That’s why there’s no need to speak loudly. 2. Rasulullah ﷺ was asked “when do we call?” 3. “Exactly what time?” — Doesn’t matter just call… “I am near”
Two kinds of Du’a: 1. Du’a (A call, supplication) - I need something 2. Du’a al-Ibadah (Glorifying Allah Azzawajal) - Dhikr, Adhkar - HIGHER LEVEL
When Allah ﷻ saves your du’a for the Akhirah, we will wish He never answered any du’a in the dunya.
When making du’a: - Be humble - Truthful - Beg Allah ﷻ
May Allah Azzawajal make us of those who call upon Him for everything, and have Tawakkul that the du’a was already answered.
Run to Allah ﷻ in every moment. Run to Him ﷻ for every single thing. Never stop being in need of your Creator.
Ibn Taymiyyah (RA) said: “Whoever strives, seeks the help of Allah, and persists in seeking forgiveness and exerting effort, Allah will surely grant him from His bounty what never even crossed his mind.”
------------------------------------------------
"When My servants ask you ˹O Prophet˺ about Me: I am truly near. I respond to one’s prayer when they call upon Me. So let them respond ˹with obedience˺ to Me and believe in Me, perhaps they will be guided ˹to the Right Way˺."
Many individuals take this verse and run with it, SubhanAllah. Naam, Allah ﷻ answers every supplication. But, do you think you will receive what is good for you or receive and get to keep it by Allah ﷻ permission- without obeying Him ﷻ. La. If we want Allah Azzawajal to give to us and sustain us, we must give to Allah ﷻ.
How do we seek treatment from Qur’an? If you’re suffering a spiritual disease (envy, jealousy, laziness) etc. — read the Ayah that is supportive of your case. Read the Ayah, then learn the Tafseers and read the Ayah’s over and over and the heart is cured almost instantly.
📌 What does Allah want from us when calamity strikes?
- Surah Al-Baqarah 2:155
“And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient,
"Wa lanabluwannakum bishai'im minal khawfi waljoo'i wa naqsim minal amwaali wal anfusi was samaraat; wa bashshiris saabireen."
- The point of these Ayah is to prepare us for what Allah Azzawajal tells us He is going to do. - This Ayah is an oath that the Almighty has taken. - Everyone will be tested. - This is to correct our mind and our mindsets towards calamity. - You do not know how the test will come. - There’s no such thing as “put an end to my calamities” - these are not the words of a believer.
📌 Death will be the greatest calamity:
The ability to do righteous deeds will be no longer. - Performing Salah - Dressing appropriately - Wearing proper hijab - Going to the masjid

10. It is for the branches of emaan to be firmly rooted in the heart.
- A person is patient in avoiding sins only when his emaan is strong.
- If emaan is weak- a person will commit sins. If emaan is strong- a person will avoid sins.
- Emaan is to feel the heart with the belief that Allah ﷻ is watching.
- Emaan to feel the heart with belief that Allah Azzawajal has prepared a painful punishment for the sinners and has prepared a paradise, mercy and blessings for the believers.
- When emaan is strong, you will keep away from sins.
- Always ask Allah ﷻ to renew emaan. Keep refreshed by worshiping Allah Azzawajal.
Abu Taymiyyah (RA) said 700+ years ago: “When the people in the east they established al-Islam, they called to it, they applied to it the way they should, Allah ﷻ gave them victory over the Kufr and mushrikeen amongst the turks, the Chinese, the Indians.”
And the when the Muslims began to experience weakness and they found that the enemy overpowered them—this was the cause of their sins and their transgression. ---------------------------------------------------------- Look at everything that is happening in the world today. Our brothers, sisters, and the animals are being tested with poverty and famine. This is the result of our sins.
The ummah being bombed left and right and yet, people still don't leave off sinning.
May Allah forgive us, protect us from the fire, guide us, and free our brothers and sisters from this global calamity, Amin Rabbil Alameen.

🚫 9. Avoiding excess in eating, drinking, clothing, sleeping, and gathering with the people.
- The temptation of sin comes from overindulging in such things.
- When the permissible no longer satisfies, one moves to the impermissible.
- Take what you need of these five and do not overindulge. Too much halal leads to haraam.
- There's nothing wrong with eating and drinking a little more than usual but not all the time.

And He has made me blessed wherever I am and has enjoined upon me prayer and zakah as long as I remain alive
وَبَرَّۢا بِوَٰلِدَتِي وَلَمۡ يَجۡعَلۡنِي جَبَّارٗا شَقِيّٗا
And [made me] dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me a wretched tyrant.
وَٱلسَّلَٰمُ عَلَيَّ يَوۡمَ وُلِدتُّ وَيَوۡمَ أَمُوتُ وَيَوۡمَ أُبۡعَثُ حَيّٗا
And peace is on me the day I was born and the day I will die and the day I am raised alive.”
