To be honest, peg's Colonel is actually better than kishio's Donald. Colonel, has custom effects, more consistent sprites, and overall quality is superior than Donald. Of course there are a couple edits that polish Donald up to make him closer to peg Colonel level (like Ronald Remake but I'd be tooting my own horn here lmao) but I'm talking about the original Donald with zero changes.
