I have talked my entire experience about Vipassana here.
How did I manage to stay away from phones, social media, book, diary or any sort of reading material for 10 days.
And how was the experience of not talking to anyone for 10 days keeoing complete Maun(silence).
Also I have talked about rules and rituals that has to be followed during the 10 day course of Vipassana and also how can anyone opt for the course.
