i looked up the meaning of the color pink and it’s my favorite color because pink symbolizes: wanting romance, compassion, and nurturing care along with playfulness (young innocence like a kid again) and with it brings a calming effect, love, warmth, and femininity.

I had to change the age because she last sent this to me when I was 25 and I’m 28 now, but this was my birthday text from my lovely Aunt Lisa and I miss her so much. I wish I could still get the texts every year, but I at least love that I get to remember what she said to me every year because I know it still would have been the exact same thing and I will always think about what she would’ve told me for every birthday now. ❤️🥹
Also—As I had saw the cars driving on the road I couldn’t help but wonder what everyone in those cars are currently going through in life? This birthday was a first of experiencing independence that came with loneliness and in life there are pros and cons to everything as I had experienced that, but there is also so much beauty to see and I am happy I got to experience that beauty for myself. 🤍🏙️
