The loss of Dolly Parton touched me more deeply than I ever expected. Although I never had the honor of meeting her, Dolly felt like someone I had known my entire life. Her music, laughter, kindness, faith, and beautiful spirit brought so much joy into this world. Losing her left me with an overwhelming feeling that I needed to do something to honor her.
