He is recovering now, but we are also starting a new chapter—weaning. It’s an emotional transition for both of us. ❤️ To stay focused on health, I’m sharing my homemade Bisi Bele Bath Powder and Multigrain Health Mix recipes in today’s vlog.

👇ಜೀವನ ಅಂದಮೇಲೆ ಏರಿಳಿತಗಳು ಸಹಜ ಅಲ್ವಾ? 🌟

ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಮಗನ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ತುಂಬಾ ಸವಾಲಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಓಡಾಟ, ಆತಂಕದ ನಡುವೆ ಈಗ ಅವನು ಚೇತರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ವೈದ್ಯರ ಸಲಹೆಯಂತೆ ಈಗ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಹಾಲುಣಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುವ (Weaning) ಹೊಸ ಹಂತಕ್ಕೆ ನಾವು ಕಾಲಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ಇಂದಿನ ವ್ಲಾಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸವಾಲುಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರವಾದ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ಬಿಸಿಬೇಳೆಬಾತ್ ಪುಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಲ್ಟಿಗ್ರೇನ್ ಹೆಲ್ತ್ ಪೌಡರ್ ರೆಸಿಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. 🥣✨
