Meal prepping can save you time, money, and stress while helping you stick to a healthy vegan diet. If you think meal prep is time-consuming, you’ll be happy to know that with the right plan, you can prep a week’s worth of meals in just one hour! Here’s how:

🌱Step 1: Plan Your Meals (10 Minutes)🌱

Before you start cooking, decide what you’ll eat for the week. Keep it simple by choosing:

1 grain (quinoa, rice, or pasta)
1 protein (chickpeas, lentils, or tofu)
2-3 veggies (bell peppers, spinach, carrots, etc.)
1 sauce (hummus, tahini dressing, or curry sauce)

Example Meal Plan:

Breakfast: Overnight oats with fruit and nuts
Lunch: Quinoa salad with chickpeas and tahini dressing

Dinner: Stir-fried tofu with rice and steamed veggies

🌱Step 2: Cook in Batches (30 Minutes)🌱

Once you have your ingredients, cook them all at once:
