This channel is where I try to make sense of my brain, my identity, and life in all its messy glory.
Expect chaotic rants, unfiltered vlogs, mildly useful takes on being neurodivergent, and the occasional emotional breakdown (edited to music, obviously).

Working out is one of my fav ADHD side quests where I get to hyper focus without feeling guilty. Suddenly i’m not spiralling, I’m a bad bitch with grip strength!
This isn’t just fitness. This is performance art! 💅✨
It’s hyper focusing in gym for 1-2 hours while listening to loud music and finally being able to minimise 80 tabs that have been open in my head the entire day(and most nights) and forgetting the rest of the world!
I lift weights, dissociate, and pretend I’m in a @officialcharlixcx music video where the plot is “mentally unstable but hot and thriving.”
It’s not therapy but it comes close and most importantly it is cheaper! xD
