I tried bee pollen for the first time, and it was not what I expected! 🍯🐝
It has a crunchy texture, a floral honey-like flavor, and it was so easy to sprinkle over Greek yogurt with berries and a little honey. I’m also thinking it would be amazing on oatmeal, vanilla ice cream, or smoothie bowls.
