As long as any food product is processed either in ready-to-eat or ready-to-cook form, a nutrition facts label is a must since it tells the consumer clearly what they are putting in their bodies.

In the nutrition facts label given 👇, instead of RDA, something called as % daily value is mentioned. Daily value is not much different than RDA, though this is a topic to be explained separately.
