Can anyone help me identify the foreign language being spoken in this clip? And - if you're fluent - I'd also be interested in hiring you to translate a short clip (about 10 minutes) of this language into written English.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to give you an update on the cases I’ll be releasing pretty soon. I have four cases lined up, and they are all pretty crazy.
Tomorrow (Thursday), unless something comes up, I’ll be attempting to put out a case about a guy who killed his ex-girlfriend who came over to pick up her stuff after she decided to move in with a new guy.
After that, I have one with a stalker who tried to kidnap a celebrity. In the interrogation room, he's so confident that she'll drop the charges despite her not even knowing who he his.
Then, there is this guy who works for the US military industrial complex and killed his whole family out of nowhere. He pretends to have no idea why he's being spoken to by the police, but his acting is among the worst I've ever seen.
Finally, there's a guy who reminds me so much of the infamous Rocky Rambo Wei Nam Kam. The interrogation goes almost exactly the same, except this guy confesses in the end due to the hard work of the detectives.
I'll be releasing everything I can via 1pm EST premiers when possible. I hope during the course of my next four vids, I can hit 100,000 subs.
My second channel was demonetized for "reusing footage" from this channel. Thanks to everyone who joined the livestreams on that channel. We'll be doing the livestreams on this channel instead, every Sunday 11am EST.
