🌲 Arriving from out of the midwestern woods, Oh Geeez, Not Again is here to soundtrack your expedition through the wilderness of reality. The indie pop quartet - Sean McGibany (vocals/guitar/banjo/mandolin), Jack Gilmond (vocals/guitar), Alex Dollenmayer (drums), and Joe Ludwig (bass) – are lifelong musical adventurers and distill their sound from an eclectic blend of 2000’s pop punk, 2010’s alternative, and 90’s country. Specializing in colorful lyrics, driving organic beats, and nonstop melodic hooks, their songs are sure to get stuck in your head and make you feel like the protagonist in your own coming of age movie.

And with that, the expedition era comes to a close. When we began this journey in early 2024, it was our goal to make music that wasn’t about a specific TV show or movie, but rather about a personal journey that we hoped would resonate with our audience. A story that would encompass every step on the path of leaving home and becoming who you hope to be. We pulled from personal experience and assembled our album MAPMAKER, first in the studio throughout 2024 and then on stages of all sizes throughout 2025.
Through it all, we were so honored and humbled to interact with so many of you. We got to see our music resonate in real time as we took to the stage and shared these songs across the country. In the end, we hope that we accomplished the goal we set out with: No matter where you are on your own journey - be it the joyous rush of new beginnings in “Weightless,” the fight through despair of “Hydra,” or the newfound confidence of “Mapmaker” - we hope we made a song that found you where you were and helped you through that moment.
Now, we find ourselves at the end of one adventure and the start of “the next adventure.” If you’ve made it this far with us, we hope you’ll join us for what’s next. Until then, we wish you a safe trip home, and we thank you for joining us “out here where the wild things are.” 🧡🌲🗺️
