Our ARK ODYSSEY base is all finished, and cleaned up nicely after I deleted then reinstalled all the mods for the 5.5 update. Now its time to hunt for tributes and artifacts, while we try and breed up four individual boss lines, one for each of The Islands bosses!

Today we said goodbye to my Yao Guai - my big monster, my best doggy; Achilles.
He was curious, intelligent, loyal, and sweet. And he had an incredible love of life. Not a day will go past that I won't miss him.
The colour pictures are the first, and the last, pictures we took of him.

Going to take a little break from Below Zero, I'm not enjoying it very much and can't stop comparing it to the first game, and it doesn't come off well in that comparison.
Not saying we'll never finish it, just saying for now we will complete Elden Ring then move back to Hollow Knight.

Tonight we will be returning to planet 4546B!
I've heard some mixed things about Subnautic: Below Zero, but I thought the first game was the perfect survival game (if we ignore those little crashes), so I'm really excited to see what the sequil has in store for us!

Thinking of coming back to do an ARK series again soon, likely restarting my Island play through.
But, I need a "theme" for the run. Just playing the map again without any self imposed rules or restrictions feels really dull.
Obviously we've done a Mammals Only run already, so that's off the table.
Anyone got any fun suggestions?

I'll be back with streams and episodes in early May; just moved house and invovled in SO MUCH DIY.
...I am not qualified to be doing any of the DIY I am doing, so if anyone in the UK hears an explosion it was likely me drilling through a pipe into a wire or something.
