Hii I've never used this feature before but I thought I'd try it out. 2 years ago for pride month I did a sapphic comics series over on tiktok and posted them all here as shorts. The series was simple, one comic recommendation a day in the form of a short 30-60 second video. The series was so much fun, but 2024 was rough in terms of posting regular content.
My goal is to give you a Black queer comic every day the month of February in honor of Black History Month. This series is meant to highlight the excellent work of Black cartoonists, webtoon artists, manga artists, any and all Black queer comic artists currently sharing their work across the media spaces. I already have a list going, but if you have a comic in mind that would be perfect for this series, leave a comment here, on bluesky, on tiktok, or instagram. All my links are in my bio.
Stay tuned for the first one on February 1st! This series will be available across all my platforms.
