My name is Sabrina and I'm a property entrepreneur. I live in the UK and have been investing in property for many years. I started off knocking on doors to find distressed sellers, to building a successful rent to rent business in London. Having worked with investors to develop property in London I wanted a change from the fast life and I decided to pack up and move to quiet South Wales to start from scratch.
This channel takes you on my journey starting from scratch to building a property portfolio using different strategies.
I will share my successes, failures, hints, tips and secrets which will help you on your property journey too. I workt strategies ranging from buy to sell (flipping), rent to rent, buy to lets and serviced accommodation.
