my mom was really pleased to see i got a marvel shirt and a striped shirt from the boys aisle and they don’t question when i do my hair a little different 🥲 but i get embarrassed when i do that yknow
or when i use makeup i feel awkward doing it because i worry about my parents input even though they literally… bought the makeup for me.

TPOT 19 SPOILERS /// yapping

ii’m getting so sad seeing all the art people are drawing of crying grassy, like did you just twist the knife honey 💔💔
ALSO the fact that like everyone in his vicinity (minus two?) is dead and grassy’s all alone in those vents?? that scene felt so realistic and hit kinda home for me as someone who used to have panic attacks

i am a D1 pencil glazer and defender and i really enjoyed her this episode
i think she tried to kill one when she offered that deal but one took her powers anyways? at least that’s how i would like to interpret it. i think the way one kicked the planet out of its orbit was badass and i lowk like one more now

my 3rd fav character (gaty) is now canonically killed off and that bummed me, though that means two’s sadness is justified in my opinion. he’s clearly not mentally in the right to take action at the moment— four taking his powers and distributing them to the contestants was a smart idea. though it did hurt the point of having two’s power as a prize but i did understand that it was necessary to fend off the crack in the sky

another tangent about one, i was like so invested at the part where she made donut sign a second deal… like you could tell how distraught he was and how tears were welling up… that he couldn’t not sign the deal
yes one did this to multiple contestants but the fact that she was eradicating his best friends from existence made the impact more severe

about the actual elimination itself i was alright with snowball and TV getting out. i always thought snowball’s softness throughout the show could have been done better so that’s why i didn’t really feel much about his departure. but the way he dropped on his knees and angrily said “NOOO” left me a chuckle, that was very in character of him

now about liy this episode? i dunno how to feel about her, though i understand her grudges she may have had against death pact in BFB. the issue for me is that she was only in BFB for five episodes and when the cast size is so large, she never got much spotlight? the whole arc seems to be focused around her lines she said as she got eliminated which isn’t enough for me personally to get attached to her character.

you could say that pencil’s sorta similar… but the difference with pencil is that she’s been on the show since day 1. she had never experienced the feeling of being eliminated (since BFDI) until BFB, especially when she was the first one out. what makes her elimination in BFDI different from BFB was definitely the placement she got in the game (wasn’t she like 8th? 9th?) and the time between her elimination and the finale. like… at least she wasn’t trapped in the TLC after the show ended for an extended period of time. what makes the EXIT different from the other purgatories was definitely the fact that escape was near impossible. at least in BFDIA the losers got to propel their box around, and in IDFB… i imagine they do the same thing.

those are most of my thoughts on the episode, i’m writing them here because i doubt most my friends would wanna see me yap for the 400th time haha
if there’s any other major things that happened this episode (like the six plot) then i just have no opinions in it really

(i couldn’t find anywhere else to fit this but i did enjoy pen this episode, and honestly pen in general, i enjoy the softer approach they’re taking towards him and it feels more natural than snowball’s transition tbh. it’s just too bad that the other contestants seem to take him for granted (liy, pencil just to name a few). i voted him to save)
