Thanks for dropping by! I’m Eric Huang, an LA-based film composer and recent graduate of USC’s Screen Scoring Master’s program. Over the years, I’ve composed music for 76 short films and have had the privilege of recording 56 of my soundtracks at spaces like USC's John Williams Scoring Stage, UCLA’s scoring stage, and EastWest Studios in Hollywood.

The Notification is a short film about a college student looking for love while trying to manage his online relationships with the relationships in his real life. The soundtrack consists of a mixture of jazz, vinyl effects, and processed instruments to represent the themes of routine in the main character's life as well as his isolation. It was a ton of fun working on this soundtrack and experimenting with different sounds.
