With everything I’m learning about the spread of bird flu in cats (in large part thanks to my friend, Dr. Julie Levy DVM from The University of Florida and Operation Catnip), I’m glad I’ve got a catio for Mowgli as well as Penelope and Theo.

It’s been three weeks since I had to say goodbye (for now) to my cat Caroline. The process of vlogging her final months was hard but really rewarding - in part because I was sharing it with all of you. For three weeks, I’ve been feeling less settled and thinking, “Now what?” Join me this Saturday morning at 9:30am PT and I’ll tell you how it’s been, and hopefully we can all help one another talk about love and loss. Joining me will be my good friend and partner in Cat Camp grief classes, Stephanie Rodriguez, to help me (and hopefully you!) process loss. I hope you can make it!
