Hey, I’m Chelsea Vega — a Mexican-American independent journalist, cultural commentator, creator and professional chismosa exploring Latino culture, identity and human behavior.

I make videos and long-form podcast conversations about the questions we’re all curious about but don’t always talk about — from Mexican-American and Latino culture, relationships, family, identity and social issues to religion, psychology, entertainment and the weird ways people think and live.

I’m also an ex-Jehovah’s Witness (ex-JW), so you’ll occasionally find conversations about high-control religion, cults, belief and what happens when you start questioning everything you were taught.

Expect original stories, interviews, cultural commentary, interesting people and the occasional completely unnecessary rabbit hole.

Some of it is serious. Some of it is ridiculous. Usually, it’s both.
