I live in the United Kingdom. I got my cooking inspiration from Turkish, Turkmen and Azerbaijani culture. I love their food and the way they present it but especially meeting people from these cultures and traditions made me love cooking by showing that cooking is not just a woman's role.
They cook and eat together and I noticed, the men always appreciated their women and kiss their hands after eating the food. Seeing this made me step into the kitchen, but this time, only as a passion.
The first bread I made was a bit undercooked but I was very happy and proud of myself that day. That was the first time I did not feel burdened or defeated when entering the kitchen and now I enjoy baking and cooking for my family. I make sure we all eat together when I cook.
I practice and make my family practice as well to appreciate whoever cooks for you.
I would love you to be a part of my journey, a very warm welcome

It's officially soup season for me. I live in Scotland and it gets quiet cold here during autumn 🍂🍁 what's better than having soup to keep yourself warm!
So here's delicious Paneras Broccoli and cheddar cheese soup. It was absolutely amazing. Try it yourself and you'll realise that how delicious soups can be.

Everything where caramel is added just tastes better! To make it more delicious, I made it at home. To make it even more delicious I made the butter for it at home too 🥰 it tasted so good and of course just like caramel. I believe it would go the best with chocolate making (I might do that).

Had a busy day today but not so busy that I couldn’t make myself delicious yet easy lotus biscoff custard dessert. It was special because both of my sisters were here with their kids and we enjoyed it together ♥️
