DIY Garage Projects | Mechanics & Electronics | 3D Printing | Welding | Motorcycles & Adventuring
Welcome to my channel where I show you all kinds of DIY projects, and some other stuff as well. Come along to be inspired, perhaps pick up some tips & tricks or just be entertained! 😎
Many of my projects happens in my garage. It's a multi-purpose garage as it is my workshop and my YouTube studio. Many of my projects are actually me improving my garage. It will also be a lot of motorcycle fixer-upper videos for a while, since I have several bikes lined up.

Has anyone tried this trick? 50% servo or transmission fluid mixed with 50% isopropanol to soften the inlet rubber booths? These are probably the original ones from my CB400 = 40+ years old and the rubber is very hard. I will eventually replace them, but wanted to see if I could get them a bit more flexible to be able to get the engine running until I can find replacement parts.
The carbs are getting along well, good as new now 😬

The decision is made. For a true DIY workshop, there was really only one option. I got a lot of recommendations in the last video, none suggested or guessed this could be it.

I am on the lookout for a new large 3D printer, but I am not rushing into it. Until I have decided upon a new one, my custom Ender 3 Pro is what I got. It is actually performing pretty well, here I am printing clear PETG, and it lays down the filament just perfectly! 🤩

A new and exciting episode on my cafe racer / scrambler build is soon to come. I just had to paint the rear subframe to get a decent thumbnail for the YouTube video, as the grey primer on it was not very picturesque 😁 One minute with a spray paint did the trick 🤩

The irony is real. In the attempt of creating a system to avoid cable spaghetti, I made a cable spaghetti system 😏

I will be impressed if you can guess what this thing in the middle of the picture is going to be. Unless you have checked on the Ctrl MC Discord Server where I mentioned it.
The blue thingy is plastic protection over a 2 mm aluminum sheet, the black feet and the grey middle part is 3D printed.
Can you guess what it is going to be? I am waiting for some stuff to be installed onto the metal part, I can't tell what that is - it will make rhe guessing game too easy 😁

Okay the images below in the poll is too tiny to really see what is going on. Here are bigger pictures. Find your favourite muffler color and vote on this post:

I need your advice. I have decided to buy a new exhaust from Fuelexhausts in UK for my Cagiva Elefant. The one I have is just too noisy, and it does not really fit to the bike - it looks too modern.
This is the one I am looking at: www.fuelexhausts.com/exhausts/slash-slip-on-350-40…
I will select the round version, 350mm (Mini). It should fit very well. It has the exact same diameter (110mm) as the original, but is a bit shorter.
Then comes the question: Should I buy the option "Brushed Stainless" (that looks mostly like the original one that was shiny chrome) or should I buy "Ceramic Black".
I am leaning towards ceramic black, and will mostly buy that one regardless of the poll 😝😁 Unless you all think stainless looks best or have some very good arguments that will change my mind 🤔
