This is great news for Alex and Noah. 🤗 Alex is currently in Toronto, Ontario filming. Noah is in Vancouver, British Columbia. 🇨🇦
Unfortunately, both shows, "DMV" and "Watson", air on the CBS Network. As most of you know that is the same Network NCIS: Hawai'i aired on.
And, as most of you know, many of us, including this Channel, are in the middle of boycotting CBS, their former owner, Paramount, and their new owner Skydance. The boycott includes ALL shows and related networks, using a boycott #, and a nickname: The CrueltyBS Network.

The boycott of the Network began with the cancellation of NCIS: Hawai'i. The reasons have grown since April 2024....
A $16 million bribe paid by Paramount (CBS former owner) to the...I'll clean this up...Orange Authoritarian in our White House over a lawsuit CBS could have won, but chose to pay off the Orange Bully instead.
THEN, they cancelled "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" as a favor to our government so they would approve Skydance (CBS new owner) buying Paramount. And, they agreed to have an "ombudsman", i.e. a babysitter, to "oversee" shows and the news.

Both Alex's show, "DMV", and Noah's show, "Watson", premiered on Monday, October 13. "Watson" airs at 10pm EDT. THAT is the day and time NCIS: Hawai'i used to air.

I have been thinking about this for awhile. Of course, I want to support our guys, but, with everything happening in this country right now, boycotting is one tool we can still use against billion dollar corporations and an Authoritarian regime. 💪 I will not be watching either show. This post will be the only mention, or photo, of either show.
I will leave it up to you if you want to watch. No judgment.
It breaks my heart, but I just cannot do it.

This Channel will continue to support and promote "Brilliant Minds". Season 2 airs on NBC, also on Mondays at 10pm EDT. It really is a brilliant show, deals with mental health issues thoughtfully and empathetically, has TWO lgbtq storylines, and an extraordinary cast. 🥰

Please, share your thoughts about this because it was a very difficult decision. ❤

I am sorry about not being here, or posting/uploading very much, but right after the Holidays, in the beginning of this New Year, my Aunt passed away. She lived in California with her husband in an assisted living facility, so it had nothing to do with the Los Angeles fires.
Although, her sons and their families live in the Los Angeles area about 3 to 5 miles from the Palisades fire. Everyone is ok. ❤

It has been difficult for everyone in the Los Angeles area. It is sheer devastation. My heart and thoughts are with all the people who have lost someone and who have lost their homes. Do not listen to people who say only rich celebrities have lost their homes. There are many working class/middle class families who live in these same communities. Similar to Maui, they had homes passed down for generations. Everything is gone.

I have not found any news about our NCIS: Hawai’i Ohana. That is more than likely good news. Vanessa Lachey and Jason Antoon, his wife Seana Kofoed, and Noah Mills (I think) live in California now. Tori Anderson and her husband have been spending time there too, and in Canada. Jason posted a short video of the ocean yesterday on Instagram. Noah Mills posted a few photos last week.

Sadly, it was confirmed that one of the NCISverse actors did lose their home...Eric Christian Olsen, who played Deeks on NCIS: LA.
Please, keep him and his family in your hearts and thoughts. ❤

OK....Brief election talk. Skip, if you want to. 😉
I am horrified, disgusted, sad, angry, disappointed...I think all of us who voted FOR THE NON CRIMINAL, MOST COMPETENT, EXPERIENCED, SANE, COMPASSIONATE, EMPATHETIC, and yes, JOYFUL person in this election, have been through the seven stages of grief in two weeks.
If anyone is reading this from another country, I don't know what to say, except, I'm sorry. We tried. Over SEVENTY MILLION of us tried. We tried talking to family and friends (I was horrified and surprised by some of their comments), volunteered, donated, stayed informed, voted....We tried. The percentage he won by is smaller than the percentage Hillary won by in 2016, but he won the Electoral College (please, don't ask me to explain it). This was NOT a landslide. This is NOT a mandate.

To everyone who voted for competence and sanity, yes, we are in serious trouble, authoritarian trouble....But, as angry, sad, and depressed as we have been, we have to get up, go out, and live our lives. Gain strength from millions of us. You are NOT alone. Spend time with family and friends, if you are still talking. 😉 Volunteer in your community. Talk to your neighbors, if you can. Help everyone in need. And, probably, most importantly, DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR JOY! 🤗 Listen to music, dance, go for walks and hikes, watch Kacy videos, watch Kelly Clarkson....Whatever gives you joy. 😉 Remember, during WWII, England still held dances in dance halls. 💃 "Keep calm and carry on", as they said! We will, and MUST, rise again! I'm rooting for us! Keep fighting!...Because, when we fight, WE WIN!!
