if there was ever a moment to thank you guys, it’s right now. this album is the soundtrack to the last year of my life. always on the road, always moving, never staying still. I remember getting emotional when I was finishing Bittersweet on the airplane and hiding it in my hoodie. I remember finding a melody I wrote in 2013 for Make Me Forget. I remember convincing Mike Williams to release It’s Okay together. It’s been such a ride, but that’s life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I owe it all to you guys for believing in me and what I do. I still love this the way I did when I first started.
this song is such an emotional time capsule for us, it took almost a year to make and there’s so many memories attached at this point.. I’ve wanted to work with @takkamihagi5872 on a video forever, and he perfectly brought it to life as we knew he would, he’s just incredible..
