My video's are for all women from the first menses, pre/post pregnancy, all stages of menopause and beyond. These therapeutic classes empower women with invaluable tools to support and nourish pelvic health and create hormonal balance.
My classes are creative, informative and calming; guiding women to explore their body’s needs through movement, breath work, mudra, sound and meditation. They are both suitable for a complete beginner and seasoned yogi’s alike; and works alongside a more traditional yoga practice.
