Last day I'm pushing the Career Refactor Lab for this cohort. A few spots are already gone.
If you've been sitting on it, this is the moment. After today it goes quiet until the next cohort: apply.theseriouscto.com/career-refactor-training

The Career Refactor Lab is capped at 10 people this cohort. Small enough to actually work with each person directly.
First cohort, once it's full, that's it until the next one opens: apply.theseriouscto.com/career-refactor-training

I'm opening a mentorship called the Career Refactor Lab and I'm only taking 10 people this round. If you've been doing the work and still not moving, this is built to fix that: apply.theseriouscto.com/career-refactor-training

It's live. The promotion I lost early in my career, and what it taught me about being indispensable.

Today. New video's going up, and the thing I've been pointing to all week opens with it.

Tomorrow I'm telling you about the promotion I lost early in my career, and it wasn't a skills problem.
New video goes up, and the thing I've been walking you toward finally opens.

Worked with an engineer a few months back who was on a performance improvement plan, one bad review from being let go.
The work wasn't the issue. It was how he was being seen and how he handled the politics stacked against him. We worked through that first, then he started a win log, writing down what he did the day he did it, before someone else got the credit or it just got forgotten.
Two months later, passed the PIP, got a raise. Same work. Finally visible.

It opens July 7.

In 2023 I had a motorcycle accident, eight broken ribs, a punctured lung, a year of physio to get my left arm working again.
For a year I was completely out of it. Zero emergencies. The team ran the whole thing without me.
Not luck, years of building people to own their decisions instead of leaning on mine, finally tested for real.
That test is what made me write out what actually decides who gets seen and moved up, and who stays exactly where they are. That's what opens July 7.
