For some perspective on the pending 9% OP cuts.
By opposing the cuts you are actually opposing a 28-29% increase in RVUs for evaluation CPT codes
So if you change the way you practice you can be profitable - also why would you fight against a 28-29% increase in evaluation codes ...?
The 1.2 is the current RVU, the 1.54 is the proposed RVU change
