Do you have a favourite dish from the Holi ki thaali?

Personally, my top pick is homemade Gujiya.

As someone from Uttar Pradesh, where Holi is a revered festival of Krishna. I'm presenting to you a part of my soul in the form of my family's homemade Gujiya recipe. This recipe has been passed down for many generations. Mine has a slight variation of using ricotta to make the Mawa.(as mawa is not available in Germany)

Be sure to tune in at 6 pm to savour the delectable taste of this classic dessert.
