He joined TradePoints because its mission resonated with him: rewarding people for their loyalty. Add the challenge of building a growing startup and an amazing team culture, and he was sold.
Outside of work, you’ll find Chris at the gym, on the badminton court or lost in a good book.

Meet Jordon Mellor! Founder and Director of TradePoints 👋 Jordon started TradePoints with a simple idea: create a rewards program built specifically for traders.
He leads the team behind TradePoints and spends most of his time working on how the platform can become bigger, better and more rewarding for its members, from bringing new brands into the ecosystem to expanding the rewards available in the marketplace.
For Jordon, the best part of building TradePoints is seeing traders around the world earning points through the platforms they already use and turning those points into rewards they actually want.

Here's Ashan - the man behind the tech!
Originally from Sri Lanka and now call Perth, Australia home. He is the Head of Tech at TradePoints, where he looks after the technical side of the TradePoints platform and help turn ideas into solutions.
He chose to join TradePoints because he loves the startup environment. Ashan finds excitment in helping grow a company from the ground up, taking on responsibility, wearing different hats, and solving new challenges along the way. He enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where there’s always something new to learn and build.
One of his favourite things about TradePoints is that everyone’s ideas and opinions are valued. The team listens to its people and gives everyone the opportunity to contribute to how to grow the company.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find him watching movies or playing games. And when it comes to food, the answer is easy — anything spicy! 🌶️
