I started taking this collagen powder about 3 weeks ago. It was on sale at the Chemist Warehouse so I thought "why not try it". No more back pain or hip pain. No more pain in my fingers. I've just been outside weedeating the edges of my whole backyard. Usually my hands are in so much pain even doing half of it. Lower back pain and hip pain is usually so bad I can hardly walk. Not anymore. Pain free and I'm keen to do more work around the gardens!! I should have known about this years ago! I take 2 level tablespoons in a drink every morning. Once I've finished this container I'll try dropping down to 1 level tablespoon. Any brand should work. Let me know if it works for you.

When you go outside to mow the orchard and absentmindedly throw your car keys into the big recycling bin instead of the plastic bottle!! Thank goodness they didn't fall to the bottom 🤣

15 years ago today, 22nd February 2011, a 6.2 earthquake hit Christchurch New Zealand. Many died and thousands injured. Liquefaction was a major problem. 😪
