Hey guys! Over the past few years I've become increasingly interested in creating Health and Fitness content. This might include video titles such as; "How to start running"; "How to develop a healthy relationship with food & weightloss" as well as challenge videos alike such as; "I ran 5K every day in 2021".
However, I'm unsure whether to pursue this interest on a new channel or whether to upload it here. I can see benefits and drawbacks with either decision so I thought I'd setup a poll to see what you guys think. Thank you :)

Hey guys, hope you’re all doing well.

I’m working on an update video which explains my recent inactivity.

To put things into perspective; one reason as to why I haven’t been making videos for the past couple weeks is because my hair has changed drastically in such a short time. It obviously isn’t the most comfortable of things physically or psychologically and it takes time coming to terms on how to move forward.

I’ve been losing a lottttt of hair and it’s taking time getting used to. My hair no longer has the density it once did. It may sound kinda strange or unlikely but there will be a video explaining more in a day or two.

In the meanwhile; just know - it itches at my skin whenever I don’t upload. I want to make videos, I want to publish content for you guys.
Your support and patience goes such a long way.
