I am man enough to share that I haven't done well mentally for many years now. I am here, for now, but struggling.

I am 26 now. Back in the day, I didn't think I'd reach 20.

I only have a handful of friends. They all live far away from me & have their own lives going on. We do not talk often, or at least as often as I'd hoped.

I love my family (and friends) - they are the only reason I am still alive today. I do not want to be a reason they are in pain, which is the only reason I am still here.

Please check in on your friends and family sometimes, guys. You cannot tell who struggles and who doesn't. Please.
