Sometimes being around people feels harder than it should, you start to overthink what to say, how to act, how you’re being perceived, every single detail, even small interactions that are short can feel overwhelming, you might replay conversations in your head, wondering if you said the wrong thing, if you sounded awkward, if people judged you more than you think, and it can be exhausting, sometimes you wish it was easier, easier to talk, to relax, to just be without overthinking everything... 💔

But here’s something important to remember guys!! There is nothing wrong with you, you’re not “too much" or "not enough", you’re not “weird.”
You’re just someone who feels deeply and notices more than others, and that sensitivity, even if it feels heavy sometimes, is also what makes you thoughtful, kind, and aware! You don’t have to change who you are to fit in a group, you don’t have to become someone else to be accepted, try to take it one step at a time, one conversation, one moment, grow at your own pace!! Hii guys!! ^^, I hope you're having a lovely day today!! This message is about focusing on yourself! Because if you help others and make them feel happy, but you don't focus on yourself, then this message is for you!!

Sometimes you’re the strong one, the one who listens, who understands, who is always there, the one people go to when they need advice, comfort, or just someone who cares, you make others feel safe, make them feel heard, you try your best to be someone they can rely on, and you do it with so much love!!
