I hope you're having a magnificent day today!! 💓, the message of this week will be about the fear or anxiety of feeling sensitive, sometimes you feel like you’re too sensitive or can you feel things more deeply than other people do, a small comment can stay in your mind for hours, a sad story, book or movie can touch your heart more than you expect, and sometimes you wish you could just “not feel so much" or "be less sensitive" 💔

The world can make it seem like sensitivity is a weakness or something bad, some people tell you that you should be tougher, quieter, less emotional, but the truth guys, is that your sensitivity is not something to hide! It’s the reason you care so deeply about people! It’s the reason you notice when someone needs kindness or nice words, It’s the reason your heart is capable of so much empathy and love! And that makes you a lovely person!! Feeling deeply doesn’t make you weak, it means your heart is open to the world, in a world that sometimes forgets how to care and love, that kind of heart is something truly special to admire guys!! 🌺

I want to make you this question! Have you ever missed an old version of yourself? Maybe the version of you that laughed more easily or a version who didn’t overthink everything
The one who felt lighter and a little less tired.
Sometimes we look back and wonder where that version of us went.. I want to tell you, life changes us, also experiences shape us, and suddenly we feel like we’re not the same person anymore, and that can feel a little sad..

But here’s something important to remember guys, you didn’t lose that version of yourself! You grew! The laughter, the kindness, the dreams you had, they didn’t disappear, they just grew into something deeper, stronger, and more real! You’re not farther from who you used to be in the past, you’re becoming a fuller version of that person! ✨ So if you ever miss the old you, it's totally okay! Be gentle with yourself! You’re still you!! just wiser, braver, and still becoming someone beautiful! 💙

Hii guys!!! 💓 I hope you're doing incredibly well and have a lovely day! I was so happy writing this message and I'm so happy to share it with you!! ☀, it's about feeling scared of trying something you've always wanted to try, but you didn't due to fear, pressure, or other reasons, maybe there's a thing that thing you keep thinking about, the one you want to try, but it scares you a little, or too much, that thing you don’t talk about too much because you’re afraid of what people might say? It can be singing a song, play an instrument, working on a project, participate in a contest or a competition, practicing a sport, or more things.. but you ended giving up due to the fear.. 💔

I want to tell you, It’s totally okay to feel scared! 💙 It’s okay to hesitate, but that doesn’t mean you’re weak or nor capable, it just means you care, people will always have opinions some will support you, some won’t sadly, and that can be confusing or scary, but this is your life guys! Your dreams and choices! You don’t need everyone to understand your path or desires, you don’t need permission or aproval from others to try, you can try something just because it feels right to you! Even if you’re not ready, even if you’re still learning and you're not a professional, even if your confidence is growing slowly, you can try anyway! ❤ Trust and love yourself a little more! You are totally capable! Don't let anyone make you think that you can't, and remember, the bravest thing you can do is choose yourself guys! even when it’s scary 💓

Hiii guys!! ☀, I hope your doing very well today!!This message is about the fear of feeling judged, sometimes it feels like everyone is watching you, and judging you with their eyes, waiting for you to make a mistake, or also wondering if what you do, say, or feel is “good enough", people can judge every thing of you, your clothes, your likings, your way of talking, your appearance, your personality, your way of talking, there's so much things that people can judge, that feeling of everyone critizing you can make you hold back, and even hide the parts of yourself that feel too big, too small, or too different, and not "normal" 💔

to be doing as well as everyone else seems to be doing, the worst feeling is when you compare yourself to others, and then you wonder, why they look so confident, so put together, so ahead.
And then you think that you will never be perfect enough 💔

But guys, love was never meant to be earned through perfection, you don’t need to have everything figured out! You don’t need to meet impossible standards that cost your happiness or your life, you don’t need to be like anyone else, you are worthy of love in the middle of your growth, or in the middle of your doubts, in the middle of becoming, the things you see as flaws don’t make you unlovable, they make you human, your own person, and the right people will love you not for how perfect you are, but for how real you are, don't be so hard on yourself, you are already enough and more than enough exactly as you are! But being different was never and is not wrong! It was meant to make you you! The wonderful person you are now! It's true that some people won't be happy with your personality, likings or way to see the world, but, the only opinion that matters is yours! Even if people think bad things about you, but it's YOUR life! Your likings! If you want to change something, make sure that it's your decision! Not the fear talking, remember that we only have one life, it will feel happier to be yourself, your true self, instead of trying to be liked by every single person in the world, which is impossible, overwhelming and exhausting, the friends that like to be with the true you are truly gold friends, maybe it won't be a big group of friends, but it will be a true and sincere group of friends, you are unique and wonderful!
