Sometimes you’re the strong one, the one who listens, who understands, who is always there, the one people go to when they need advice, comfort, or just someone who cares, you make others feel safe, make them feel heard, you try your best to be someone they can rely on, and you do it with so much love!!

But sometimes… it can feel heavy, there are moments when you feel tired too, moments when your heart feels full of things you don’t say, moments when you wish someone would ask you if you’re okay, but instead of asking for help, you smile, you stay strong, you keep being “the one who’s always fine and happy", and maybe no one notices how much you’re holding inside but your feelings matter too guys, you’re allowed to cry, you’re allowed to feel overwhelmed, you’re allowed to not be okay sometimes and be the one who needs comfort, you don’t always have to carry everything on your own... 💔

You don’t always have to be the strong one, you deserve someone who listens to you, friends, family, someone who supports you, who reminds you that you don’t have to go through everything alone, and if no one told you that yet, I do ❤, if today feels a little heavy, or really tiring, be gentle with yourself, you give so much love to others and you deserve to receive that same love too guys!! Making you question everything, you hold back, you stay guarded, but not because you don’t want to feel, instead, it's because you’ve felt so much before, and that’s okay! Sometimes we look back and wonder where that version of us went.. I want to tell you, life changes us, also experiences shape us, and suddenly we feel like we’re not the same person anymore, and that can feel a little sad..

But here’s something important to remember guys, you didn’t lose that version of yourself! You grew! The laughter, the kindness, the dreams you had, they didn’t disappear, they just grew into something deeper, stronger, and more real! You’re not farther from who you used to be in the past, you’re becoming a fuller version of that person! ✨ So if you ever miss the old you, it's totally okay! Be gentle with yourself!
