I am Simon and I have a differently wired brain and this is known as being Neurodiverse.
I have managed complicated Mental Illness for the majority of my life and have had many different diagnoses.
I have learned to speak up about my lived experiences of managing mental illness, and having this differently wired brain and being on the Autistic Spectrum.
One of the ways that I manage the symptoms of mental illness is to go to nature and waterfalls and take pictures and video's on my phone.
This and other places are where I can talk openly about things that are important to me.
