Replica vs Real: Bayern 25/26 Authentic UCL Jersey (fankithub.com vs Retail)

Hey guys, just wanted to share a comparison between the Bayern 25/26 Champions League kit in the player version.

***On all pics the real one is on the right, and the replica on the left.***

The replica is from [fankithub.com](fankithub.com/) for about $19, while the official retail price is $175.

Fabric:

Both use soft fabric and don't have that plastic feel. The fake just looks a bit shinier compared to the authentic, but it's only really noticeable when you put it side by side with the real jersey, so it's not a big problem for me.

Patches & Badges:

Really close overall. Both Allianz patches have a scannable QR code. The CL and UEFA patches are pretty much the same, except the number 6 on the CL patch is silicone on the real and felt on the fake. The seller told me that he will fix this in the future. The T sponsor logo, FCB badge, and adidas logo are basically identical in size, thickness, and feel. The "Authentic licensed product" badge is also pretty identical.

Colors:

This is the biggest difference. On the authentic, the white parts have more of a cream tone, while on the fake they are just pure white. It’s the same across the whole kit. I already spoke with the seller and he said he’ll send me a free replacement once the updated version is ready. All other colors look good!

Name and Number:

Apart from the color, they are identical. Same thickness and same feel. Gotta give him compliment here too, the name and number are perfectly straight, something a lot of other sellers don’t get right 😅.

Details:

Both jerseys have all the details, from the perforations around the collar to the “Grüße vom Rathausbalkon” patch inside. On the authentic that patch looks a bit higher quality, but since it’s on the inside it doesn’t really matter, for me atleast.

Shipping:

The fake jersey I ordered on 29.08, QC was on 1.09, and it arrived on 9.09. So pretty quick overall.

How does it fit?

Both are size M. The fake jersey is maybe just a tad bit smaller, but definitely not a full size, less than half a size difference. Otherwise they both fit the same.



Overall:

The kit hasn’t been out for long and the seller was quick to respond about the color issue, even offering a replacement. I’ll update with another review once I get the revised version. I think that if you walked around outside wearing this jersey, no one would notice it’s a fake. For now I’d give this fake an 8.5/10 since everything else is solid apart from the CL patch material and the cream vs white difference.
