Welcome back to Basement Breakdown! We're breaking down ONE Friday Fights 159 and The Inner Circle 19 with our best bets, locks, underdogs, and parlays for the card.

🟢 STRONGEST PICKS / LOCKS

🔐 RIFDEAN
Rifdean should be better everywhere in this matchup. I expect him to dictate the fight and potentially find a KO finish. One of my strongest plays on the card.

🔐 PHETJEEJA
200+ wins and only 6 losses. One of the most accomplished fighters on the entire roster. She's beaten elite competition throughout her career and already delivered for us with a Round 1 KO of Martyna. Massive experience edge and skill advantage. Hard to see her losing here.

🟡 HIGH CONFIDENCE PICKS

🟡 KAKERU
Sharper striker, more composed, faster, and technically cleaner. I expect him to win the majority of exchanges and potentially find a knockout shot. Fighting under kickboxing rules and on home turf makes this an even stronger spot.

🟡 TEEYAI
Big, durable, and powerful. His only concern is output, as he can be low volume at times. However, his opponent also tends to fight at a lower pace. If Teeyai lets his hands and power go, I think he'll land the more impactful shots and win the fight.

🟡 XAVIER GONZALEZ
Coming off a strong value win and making a quick return. This is one of the more manageable matchups he's seen recently and I expect another solid performance.

🔵 VALUE DOGS

🐶 GAICHON
Rematch spot. Lost the first fight after getting caught by a clean jab-cross combination, but I still believe he's the stronger overall Muay Thai fighter. Better kicks, better clinch game, more aggression, more volume, and more power. Nearly finished Chalamkhao late in Round 3. Live underdog with real upset potential.

🐶 DENIS DOTSENKO
Strong Ukrainian boxer with dangerous hands and a notable height advantage. Pet's last win over Logan Chan was extremely controversial in my opinion. Denis should not be priced as an underdog here.

🐶 PETLAMPUN
Another rematch angle. Lost the first fight because of an early knockdown but clearly won much of the remaining action. Outstruck Kripet in Rounds 2 and 3 and I believe he's the superior fighter overall. One of my favorite dog spots of the week.

🐶 LENNY BLASI
I slightly favor Worapon, but Blasi is absolutely live. Height advantage could be a major factor, similar to what we saw in the Lobo fight. Blasi already cashed for us as a huge underdog against Ilyas Musaev and has shown he can pull off surprises.

Better wrestler and more aggressive fighter. Biggest danger is emptying the gas tank chasing an early finish. If he stays composed and doesn't force the action, he should have the tools to edge Taiga Orii.

🟢 ZHANG JINHU
Technically the superior striker. Was winning his last fight before adversity changed the momentum. If he stays composed and avoids getting dragged into a brawl, he should outclass his opponent.

🟢 BANLUELOK
Excellent fight IQ, reads opponents well and finds finishing shots. Rak Erawan has dangerous weapons with the high kick and 1-2 combination, but if Banluelok neutralizes those key attacks, he should win comfortably.

🟡 JAOSUYAI
One of the hardest fighters to trust. Elite version can beat almost anyone, bad version loses fights he shouldn't. Yuan Pengjie is precise and dangerous, but if Jaosuayai shows up in good form, his volume could carry him over three rounds.

🟡 KONGCHAI
More complete weapon set with strong kicks and clinch work. Valerii may have the cleaner boxing, but Kongchai consistently finds ways to win rounds and decisions against quality opposition.

🟡 NAZARETH LALTHAZUALA
Most complete MMA fighter on this card. Better conditioning, durability and overall skill set. Must respect the submission threat and prioritize top control, but over 3 rounds his advantages should take over.

🔴 JACOB THOMPSON
Very dangerous underdog. Needs to make this ugly and fight at close range. Takuma Ota is cleaner and more technical from distance, making this one of the higher-risk picks.

🔴 KRUNGTHAI
Must establish power early and stop Tepatip from walking him down. Range management will decide everything here. High-risk play.

🔴 JOMHOD
Needs to get inside and attack the body. Petkongfa's length is the problem, but durability concerns make him vulnerable if Jomhod commits to pressure.

🐶 KAJORNKLAI – DOG OF THE WEEK
Was dominating stretches of his last fight before getting caught. Should be winning most exchanges on the feet and only needs one clean shot to swing the fight.
